WHISTLEBLOWER CHANNEL
An early detection of any undesirable behaviour will make it possible to comply with our corporate ethics. This is why we have set up a Whistleblower Channel that allows to receive and handle the complaints received about irregularities or inappropriate behaviour within the company by Inquiba personnel or companies.
This channel provides a confidential means of communication between the different groups linked to iCap Laundry Care.

Scope of the whistleblower channel
It is intended for reporting any eventual irregularity or inappropriate behaviour related to financial, accounting, commercial, transportation or regulatory compliance malpractices committed by Inquiba staff or companies.
Code of ethics
iCap Laundry Care, promotes a corporate culture of regulatory compliance, committing itself to following the national and international legislation in force and the internal regulations of our organisation.
In this sense, and for the sake of the duty of transparency and trust that are essential to ensure the success of any organisation and, in particular, of ours, we provide our team, business partners and interested outsiders, with the new Code of Ethics.
